Ordered my 1st box OK. Came to ordering my 2nd box and should have been delivered yesterday (Sat), but hermes said no one was home, I was here all day and they didn't leave a card! However website says item delayed at the same time it says no one was home. I contacted Exante and spoke to Tom who advised that it would be reattempted tomorrow (Sun). No delivery confirmation on the Sun so I contacted Exante again and spoke to Matt (live chat) who advised me Hermes aren't delivering today!!!! Fuming! Especially as Tom has assured me as I had specifically asked this question! I asked for a manager to call me back that day as you can't get through to that company. Matt advised me the phone lines are closed and he could escalate to the customer relations team who would contact me within 1-2 days! I kept asking for a manager to call me and then he said they can't due to phone lines
So I asked how the customer relations team would contact me and was advised I would get a message and email notification. So I asked for a manager to contact me that way. Then Matt says he can get a Manager to call me!!!!???? ???? Which is what I had been asking for all along. So can you call or can you not Exante!? Now I'm waiting for a manager called Rebecca to get back to me, so we will see! The products are OK (shakes & some bars) but it's not worth all this hassle.*** update to Exante, yes Matt has called me EVENTUALLY, after many chasers and 3 days after I initially requested a call, I can't say he has been very helpful and I've found his attitude at times to be dictorial. As a matter of fact he is meant to calling me back between 12-12.30pm today/tomorrow so will will see! *** update now 18/09/20 (keep in mind this problem started over the August Bank Holiday weekend and Exante had me wait in for all of the bank holiday weekend by telling it will be del Sat, Sun, Mon) and still Matt (Customer Relations) still hasn't called me back as discussed and neither did I receive the call back on the Monday as promised again via live chat after me CHASING again. Useless service. Do yourselves a favour and AVOID!!! Plenty of other companies that do shakes etc.

They don’t concentrate enough on adding the sort of products I like. There is too much emphasis on shakes and bars.
Also, they take no notice of customers‘ requests regarding difficulty of opening meal packets if you are elderly, etc.
The website is a bit difficult if you have a visual impairment, as I do. They should make it more accessible. I struggle every time I place an order.
